Nestled in the middle of the rolling hills of Soiano del Lago, through the picturesque views of Lake Garda, the MAJC House represents a perfect synthesis of geometric precision and natural harmony. Designed by architect Daniele De Santis, this private residence stands out for its contemporary style, characterised by clean lines and large windows, where the architecture does not dominate the landscape but embraces and frames it through a skilful use of light and materials.

In this setting of refined simplicity, Fast furniture has been chosen to complete the outdoor living areas, offering the perfect blend of functionality and timeless design. The set up plays with a vibrant palette of warm tones, creating a sophisticated contrast with the minimalist lines of the structure and echoing the golden hues of the Garda sunsets. The aesthetic path seamlessly between the different spaces: in the dining area, the AllSize table and Zebra chairs define a modern and functional dining space, while in the porch, the lounge chairs and coffee tables from the Zebra collection create an intimate, sinuous and cosy corner. Moving towards the solarium area and the poolside, the Ushuaia sun loungers invite you to relax completely, while the Ria armchairs, paired strategically with some Mosaiko coffee tables, add a touch of geometric versatility and dynamism to the entire project. At MAJC House, every element furnishes and interacts with the landscape, transforming the outdoor space into a natural extension of domestic well-being.
