Lievore & Mazo

Lievore Mazo was born out of the affinity between mentor and collaborator, based on a shared understanding of design. Alberto Lievore, architect and designer based in Barcelona, has a career spanning more than five decades in the field of design, recognised over the years with numerous national and international awards.
Francisco Mazo, designer trained at Elisava, began his professional career by developing independent projects and collaborations, before joining Alberto’s studio. Since then, the two have worked together on projects spanning interior architecture, creative direction and furniture design for leading international firms in the sector.
Their approach is rooted in a search for the essence of a design, combined with a shared sensibility that brings harmony and balance to their work.
Lievore Mazo thus represents the coming together of two generations united by a shared vision of design: a collaboration in which knowledge is shared and evolves, giving rise to a common language with its own distinct identity.
