On the occasion of the 82nd Venice International Film Festival, Fast is the technical partner of Atlas Concorde for the exhibition of La Terrazza, one of the most iconic spaces of the Hotel Excelsior on the Lido, a historic five-star hotel overlooking the lagoon, inaugurated in 1908 and renowned for its Moorish architecture. A symbol of Venetian hospitality and an exceptional setting during the Venice Film Festival, La Terrazza by Atlas Concorde is transformed for ten days into an exclusive meeting place for the stars of international cinema and beyond, a cultural stage that fosters dialogue between architecture, design and other disciplines.
The outdoor goes on stage at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival

Designed by Studio Park, the exhibition design reinterprets the codes of Italian architecture through a site-specific composition that combines harmony, symmetry, and balance. It’s a space where design becomes a visual and cultural narrative, offering an immersive experience that celebrates the Italian landscape and its influence on cinematic imagination. In this setting of extraordinary symbolic value, Fast brings its outdoor vision, defined by a refined balance of aesthetics, functionality, and materials. The collections selected for the installation, Roè and Niwa, elegantly shape the atmosphere of La Terrazza, creating an intimate and welcoming environment, ideal for hosting meetings and conversations among filmmakers, artists, and other professionals in the contemporary scene.
Designed by Francesco Meda and David Lopez Quincoces, Roè is available in various configurations, from 2-seater sofas to dining armchairs with cushions or cylindrical backrests, alternating throughout the space to enhance the dialogue between light forms and harmonious proportions, perfectly in line with the spirit of the exhibition.
The terrace is completed by Niwa stools, made of aluminium and designed by Robby Cantarutti & Partners. Characterised by slimand lightweight lines, they express the essential, functional approach that has always defined Fast’s identity.
Fast’s presence in such a rich historical and symbolic setting underscores the cultural value of design as a language capable of transcending the arts and enriching the shared experience. This project reflects the brand's commitment to promote an authentic outdoor vision, where materials, landscape and architecture come together in a coherent narrative of aesthetics and sustainability.
Alongside Fast, other brands that embody Italian design, such as Modulnova and Artemide, are also taking part in the project as technical partners.
